He loved his family and enjoyed being regaled with stories of the exploits of his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Rheam, and his son Michael J. Rheam. She had a successful career as an underwriter for Union Home Mortgage Co. Stormy loved her family, friends, and all living creatures; rescuing many, and making sure no animal went hungry. She loved being surrounded by the beauty of her yard and enjoyed exploring the woods with her husband. We have lost another member of America’s “Greatest Generation”. Regina M. Smith has gone to be with the Lord at age 99.
He loved the holidays and made them special. Pat enjoyed spending time visiting with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She liked receiving and sending greeting cards and being part of the ladies’ class at church. She liked traveling, shows, watching college sports, and being part of the Bella Vista church.

She was a farmer’s wife and she and her husband were inseparable, where you saw one you saw the other. Swayn Gray Hamlet 89 of Fayetteville, NC died on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC with his beloved family by his side. Swayn was born in Halifax County, NC on May 9th, 1933 to the late Carrie and Stephen Benjamin Hamlet, Sr. He grew up in Reidsville, NC where he enjoyed the Boy Scouts achieving his Eagle Scout. His two greatest passions were his faith and his family. He was a devout husband and a loving father. His passions included basketball, hunting, fishing, archery, badminton, mountain biking, and the outdoors.

Ken worked for Emerson/Westinghouse for 45 years. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic crisis,services are private. Age 84, formerly of Town of McCandless, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday , January 2, 2021; She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years William C. Hunkele. She is survived by her daughters, Monique L. Hockman and Renee M. Havrilla and three grandchildren, Katherine E. Saunier , Elizabeth N. Shumaker and William T. Zierden. Charlotte was born in the North Hills of Pittsburgh in West View, to Elmer and Isabelle Guckert. She met her future husband, William, in grade school.

Mark Kennedy Williams, Jr., 70, of Wexford, after having warned us all that none of us are getting out of here alive, was cleared for final takeoff on September 14, 2020. Born May 20, 1950 in Pittsburgh, PA, he excelled at asking snarky questions about the lifelong merits of algebra and hanging out with his friends on Bunny Hill as a student in Richland High School’s class of 1968. Fascinated with aeronautics and aviation his entire life, he attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
Our services
Denise was loved and adored by all who knew her. Her legacy will live on through her family and friends. Services will be private due to the COVID 19 pandemic. There will be a celebration of Denise’s life later this year.
In his younger years, Ralph was the shirtless, bandana wearing rebel rouser-always the life of the party. He was an avid deer hunter, a lover of lobster, MGD and T-bone steaks. Ralph could be seen at a distance in his electric yellow Town of McCandless jacket chasing chickens around the yard.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Alzheimer’s Association. Paul graduated from Southeast High School in Wichita and went on to study and graduate from Wichita State University. He then began an illustrious career with the Internal Revenue Service where he worked for just over 30 years. He was a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Bella Vista, Knights of Columbus, NARFE, and Toastmasters International. He was also an adamant volunteer in the Bella Vista community.
Surviving is her husband Gary Austin of Washington, her son Jeremy Gould of Peoria, her daughters Jamie Innis of Pekin & Samantha Carroll of... MSG Jesse Milton Simmons, 89, of Ladson, SC, and formerly of Fayetteville, NC, died October 2, 2022, at his residence. Jesse was born February 25, 1933, in North Carolina, to the late Edgar Oscar and Lizzy Bass Simmons.
